Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before the work begins.

Our model spans markets, partners and opportunities. These answers explain the boundaries as well as the benefits.

01Where does Bizignosis operate?+

Bizignosis currently has a presence in California, USA and a strong operating network in Pakistan. We support qualified opportunities involving North America, the GCC, the UK, Europe and Asia through relationships and project-specific partners; these are not represented as permanent offices.

02Does Bizignosis deliver every service directly?+

No. We clearly distinguish between work led by Bizignosis, coordination and introductions performed by us, and technical, legal, financial or regulated services delivered by qualified partners.

03Can you guarantee a tender award or business introduction?+

No responsible adviser can guarantee an award, contract or successful introduction. We improve preparation, relevance, access and execution while clients retain commercial and bidding decisions.

04Can you represent an overseas company in Pakistan?+

Yes, subject to fit, conflicts, scope and applicable requirements. Representation may include market intelligence, partner development, stakeholder mapping and opportunity coordination.

05Can you help Pakistani technology firms win international clients?+

Yes. Support can include positioning, target-account development, partner channels, qualification materials, proposals and client-facing coordination from California.

06How are partners selected?+

Selection is opportunity-specific and considers relevant experience, capacity, commercial alignment, reputation, conflicts and delivery responsibilities. Formal due diligence can be included in scope.

07How do engagements begin?+

Most begin with a short discovery discussion, followed by a written scope setting out objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees and any partner roles.
